The resistance is working says Michael Moore

.
We are "like a swarm of bees around his head and he's had to keep swatting and we have discombobulated him to such an extent that he's so busy trying to deal with everything that's coming at him."

Jeff Flake and his smirk hold a town hall

.
When United States Senator Jeff Flake held a town hall on Thursday, April 13th in Mesa, Arizona, he may or may not have been aware of the angry crowd that would be there to meet him. He did manage to smirk his way through it.
.
This is why a lot of the republicans are avoiding such gatherings (the cowards!).

Dance-Protest combo gets attention aplenty

.
WERK for Peace and other LGBTQ groups wanted to let the Trump Administration know that they do not agree with their actions concerning Climate change and Supreme Court nominee Neil Gorsuch.
.
How did they draw attention to these concerns? They held a dance party protest outside of Ivanka Trump’s house in Washington D.C. of course.

THIS is how it's done

In this article from Crooks and Liars, Frances Langum, also of the Professional Left podcast, lays out the three-step process Republicans use to try to avoid having to face their constituents.

It is not working. After over 2 years U.S. Representative Dave Trott of the 11th Congressional District of Michigan finally acquiesced and held a town hall. Despite it being held at 8 am on a Saturday morning, close to a thousand people showed up, most of whom had to wait outside in the snow because the venue was too small.

It is a thing of beauty to see them give him hell over his positions.

Resistance, yes! Voting? Not so much.

Samantha Bee explains the sad fact that while we enthusiastically fill the streets to show disapproval of our government, showing up at the polls seems to be lower on the list of priorities. Shame!

You can do this

.

You're mad as hell, but you can't quite work yourself up to go marching in the streets.

Here's what you do. First, go to Town Hall Project.

It displays the Town Hall meetings nearest to you with an interactive map of the U.S. It also has a list of events, which you can see in any given order — from nearest date, to party, to home state, to meeting type. And, if you sign up for its newsletter, it will send you notifications of town halls near you.

Then you go and express your anger in the loudest way possible. Like this:
